Our electric ATOM 250 is the smallest and most cost-effective wheelchair winch in our range. With a compact body and low profile it can be fitted into the tightest of spaces.
This mobility aid couldn't be simpler to use, it takes away any stress or strain of loading a wheelchair and occupant into a wheelchair adapted or converted vehicle. It is powered to pull the wheelchair effortlessly up the ramp and into the vehicle, so you don't have to push. Equally it makes the exit process from the vehicle and down ramp, worry-free, controlled and safe.
As with all our winches, it comes with a range of clever features and benefits which respects and protects the comfort of the wheelchair occupant at all times. The wireless remote controls supplied are uncomplicated and very easy to use.
ATOM winch - 500kg safe working load
ATOM 500 is our extra heavy duty wheelchair winch, designed for use predominantly in ambulances, PTS & minibus vehicles. This wheelchair/stretcher loading device has a huge pulling capacity of 500kg.
Suppled with either wireless remote controls or with wanderlead attachment, depending on your preference.
The quick-release bracket supplied with the winch kit, makes it super simple to fit and remove from the vehicle floor. This feature allows the electric winch device to pivot in line with the wheelchair, preventing any webbing ride-up on the reel.
